  • The TV is encased in a waterproof enclosure, so there is no concern about water from the hot tub being splashed on it.

  • In general, since our prices are posted online for all to see, we have gone with an “every day low price” business model.
    Since our hot tubs are factory direct where we build your spa when you order it, there are no floor models to sell.
    Every customer gets a brand new hot ub that has been built, water tested, cleaned packaged and shipped directly to their home.
    The hot tubs we deliver are truly brand new and have not been sitting around in a warehouse for months, or handled by many different people.

  • is this tub energy efficient in extremely cold environments. what's the insultaion like on this tub the slt modle with the TV
  • Hello Jenniel and thank you for your inquiry.
    All of our hot tubs are properly insulated under the cabinet with expansion foam, so that they are energy efficient and may be used in any climate.
    We have customers with the BellaGrande SLT (TV spa) in Edmonton, Saskatoon, Toronto, Poland, Romania, and many other winter snow climates.
    To help the retain the heat when the spa is not in use, it also comes with an extra thick insulated cover that tapers from 5” in the middle to 3” inches at the edge.

  • What kind of electrical wire does the hot tub use a three or four wire system. Im looking at instalation features right now it would be nice to have an owners manual to look at before a purchase. Thanks
  • All 220 volt hot tubs are 4 wire (2 hot, a ground and a neutral). In this case it will be a 50 amp line.
    
    The only other wire you would consider for the TV hot tub is if you wanted to bring a cable line, or satellite line to the TV itself. The TV has a standard male end coax cable fitting on the back.

    If you would like the BellaGrande SLT as a saltwater hot tub, you can simply order it with the in.clear bromine generating system option. You can watch a video about the in.clear system on the product page, on tab titled "Options."
    
    The system uses bromide salt in the water, making it into a saltwater hot tub. The in.clear unit inside the cabinet and is built into the water line of the spa. It automatically generates bromine (by converting the bromide salt into active bromine) when the spa if filtering, to keep your spa water clear.
