A minimum of two moving men will remove your New Spa from the truck and place it on the ground (often called curbside or driveway delivery). A delivery appointment will be made. Someone must be on hand to sign for and inspect the hot tub.

Your spa is handled with great care by Specialized Transportation, North American or Allied Van Lines. We ship to every zip code within the 48 states using an 18 wheel semi-tractor trailer equipped with a lift-gate. There may be extra an charge if an 18 wheel semi-tractor trailer cannot access your location, or if a ferry is required to reach your destination. If you are concerned with your location, please contact us prior to making the purchase.You will also be able to track your shipment online.

Canada Hot Tub Shipping: There are no duties shipping US made hot tubs into Canada. We clear your spa through customs via our Customs Broker, ($150.00 fee) so you don't have to worry about any paperwork. Additional shipping fees may apply, depending on where you are located.
