how weatherproof is the spa. should it be put up in winter. in north carolina where it gets very cold.

The inflatable spa is weatherproof for sitting outside, but the heater is not going to be capable of compensating for freezing ambient temperatures. For outdoor use, it is more for spring, summer and fall weather. It can be easily moved indoors during winter weather.
