I am allergic to bromine. Would like a salt water system. Will this work in the same way? Thanks!

Hi Cindy, Yes this is how salt systems work. With this product, you add sodium chloride to the water (salt) and the system generates chlorine from that salt. Some systems generate chlorine, others generate bromine. This one works best to make chlorine. The salt in the water also makes the water seem soft on the skin and you tend not to get that typical chlorine smell.
