do the jets need to be runner for the water to heat or does the heater work on its own? and also what is the time usually from time or order to delivery?

Hello Robert and thank you for your inquiry. The pump will be on low speed for the spa to heat and this is all automatic. They are well insulated and designed to keep the water at temperature so the spa is ready when you are. The average time from order to delivery 3 or 4 weeks.
